At Enso, we have an obsession with creating the best pizza & coffee around. We only use the very best ingredients, and we are strict about following authentic techniques. We are a family restaurant, and we welcome people of all ages to come and enjoy our great food in a warm and fun environment.
For us, its all about technique
Our skilled pizza chefs have spent years perfecting the art of proper, wood fired Neapolitan pizza. We burn real wood at a temperature of 300 degrees celsius, which results in a quick cooking process that delivers light, thin based delicious pizza in just 4 minutes.

We proudly use McCabes Hand Roast Coffee, sourced in Co. Wicklow. We understand how a bad cup of coffee can ruin your day, so we use only the best freshly ground whole bean coffee, with each cup lovingly prepared by our excellent team of skilled baristas.
